Logistics

Our goal is to assist ministries in achieving a more effective means of bringing the Word of God to the mission fields to fulfill the Great Commission and their calling. We offer each ministry logistical support in making the necessary arrangements so that the ministries can get to the mission field that God has called them to. The logistical support we offer allows the ministries to minister effectively and do what they do best. We do what we have been called to do which is to provide good order and administration to ensure the efficient use of time and proceeds. We will work with each ministry to provide services according to their individual needs.

Expense Reimbursements
Reimbursement of field expenses will be processed through the submission of reports based upon adherence to EHGM policy and\or prior authorization.

Legal Counsel Regarding International Law
Access to legal counsel will be available through EHGM in order to provide information regarding legal questions pertaining to each ministry and the ministry field location. Specifically by providing advice to each ministry in reference to the field location, assurance of adherence to ICWBF requirements and to make sure the ministries are in adherence with international or jurisdictional law.

Program Management

Eagle’s Heart Group Ministries Program Management encompasses a variety of ministry support functionalities. Each of these functionalities provides a unique skill set which serves a predetermined discipline, such as:

• Field Operations coordinates, defines and tracks monthly field ministry expectations based on predefined ministry success goals.
  
• Resource Coordination supports needs in the field per ICWBF policies and procedures. Resource Coordination also provides access to resource pools based on predetermined resource needs of the individual ministry. This can include 5-Fold ministry needs, ICWBF resource needs and research services relating to additional ministry resources needs.
  
• Performance Measurement tracks compliance to initial ministry goals. It also monitors financial accountability of the ministry’s stated goals.
  
• Bi-Yearly performance reviews relates to the performance of the ministry in relation to initial commitments and original ICWBF goals. If necessary, adjustments may be made.
  
• ICWBF Ministry Reporting reviews monthly status reports to goal statements as well as submits ministry progress reports. The ICWBF board, which may make recommendations or adjustments to ministry goals and/or performance objectives, reviews monthly status reports.
  
• Measurement of Performance compliance to initial ministerial and financial goals allows ministries to make appropriate adjustments to ensure financial sustainability and goal attainment. Bi-Yearly performance reviews of ICWBF goals and initial commitments, allow ministries to increase commitments or decrease commitments based on attainment of goals.

Funding

To fulfill the Great Commission and build God’s Kingdom funding is required. It takes money to do the work and the money we use comes from God’s Storehouse which requires us to be good stewards and faithful to what He has given us. Eagle’s Heart Group Ministries will assist ministries in creating an operating budget based on the goals and objectives that have been approved. Funding of field ministries will be processed through budget requests and reviews recommended for approval through the International Christian WealthBuilders Foundation. We will oversee, administer, track and audit disbursement of funds according to each ministries approved budget allotment.
